Philadelphia Street Style: Mina in an American Flag Scarf and Stüssy Cap, Walnut St

You may remember that I shot Mina once before back in October. I caught up with her again after returning from fashion week. This is the first American flag scarf I've seen so far this season. I think it takes a certain streetwise sass to pull it off. Mina, in my book, has that in spades. But then she added the Stüssy cap as if to verify her streetwear credentials to the unconvinced.
