Philadelphia Street Style: Matthew, 17th St

Matthew described his style to me as "Manson Family," but it's an updated Manson Family, without the ranch or the facial hair (or, hopefully, the  murderous impulses) whose soundtrack runs electronic rather than apocalyptic folk. All his clothes in this shot are hand-me-downs from a friend, except that lacey shirt tied around his waste. He bought that on e-Bay.
