Philadelphia Street Style: Tess, Chestnut St.

This week I finally had something I haven't had before: a substantial backlog of images. When I first started shooting, I would post the results that very evening, no matter how many people I'd photographed that day. Then, I started collecting enough images that I could have a few days off between sessions. I have articles to write, after all, and (during the school year) papers to grade. But after yesterday's record shooting of seven photographic subjects, I now have two weeks full of images already completed, some of which I'm really excited about showing you. Of course, I have no intention of sitting idly between now and then. I'm just getting the hang of my camera. I'm already itching to get back out on the streets.

Tess I photographed last Thursday after a photoshoot with Alex Delany of The Pantalones that I will post tomorrow. She was in a hurry when I shot these, and I have to admit, I'm not 100 percent satisfied with the images. Trust me, she looks cooler than this, with a vintage vibe and a rockabilly attitude. Tess, if you see me again on the streets, I can do better. I will do right by you.
